the suite was spacious and had a nice shower. fluffy towels were in the room. we had a balcony with two deck chairs. there are sea views from the balcony. i enjoyed the good food and many choices.
the phone did not connect. i could not call reception.

The hotel is very close to a beautiful beach and shops. The position of the hotel is a big plus.
Check-in was slow. I waited almost half an hour at reception. A staff member then said she was going for her break. The receptionist confirmed she could see my room request, but said the person allocating rooms had 'missed it'.

I enjoyed my stay. the rooms were spacious. the shower room had a great shower and nice fluffy towels. the outdoor pool was amazing. It was so warm and perfect for a good swim.
the food was not great. the food selection was the same every day. it seemed like a recycled dish was served at lunch and then again for dinner. the transfer time from the airport is nearly two hours.

the suite was spacious, and it included a separate living area with a tv and comfy seating. the shower room was modern and featured fluffy towels. the large bed had nice pillows, ensuring good rest. i enjoyed the balcony views overlooking the pool and sea.
the restaurant got too small for the large number of guests and seemed understaffed at times. we cleared and set our own table on a few occasions.
