The staff are friendly and efficient. the food had good standard, with plenty options at the buffet. drinks are original. Not watered down. breakfast was varied, i was happy.

the heated pool was BARELY warm, it could have been better. most pools were TOO cold for usage. this.

The staff members were genuinely kind and always ready to assist with a smile. The inclusive buffet provided a generous and varied selection daily, with something new to discover.. The entertainment each evening was engaging and thoughtfully organized. I found the warm atmosphere relaxing.

friendly staff varied food quality service comfortable beds

The hotel is beautiful with thought put into every detail. Staff are friendly, and service is high quality. I found the food and drinks to be great, with a variety of options available. The rooms are comfortable. I really did not want to leave.

The adult-only pool is small and it felt a little overcrowded at times.

My connecting room was spacious with daily cleaning and a lovely balcony area. The room had great WiFi and best quality soaps and shampoos. The beds were very comfortable and I slept well because I was not disturbed by other guests.

The pools are attractive (one was heated), and I always found a lounger available. The gym is excellent, and it has 24-hour access with quality equipment. The hotel grounds have lots of tropical plants and walkways along the promenade.

friendly staff clean rooms excellent team

the staff members were very friendly and helpful. the rooms were spacious and clean. the animation team was excellent, especially with the kids, at the kids club. the hotel has a nice layout with well maintained pool areas.

i noticed that sometimes the loungers were reserved early, which could be a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is close to local villages, about a ten minute drive from the airport, made travel very convenient. There is also a nice boardwalk along the sea, so guests can easily enjoy coastal walks .

i stayed for six nights in a connecting room. the housekeeping kept the rooms immaculate daily. the breakfast buffet offered many choices including gluten-free and vegan options.

clean grounds well kept premises convenient location accessible boardwalk

This was my second visit. I continue to appreciate how clean and well maintained the premises are. The layout is well planned. All inclusive access was advantageous, given the resort's location. shops and restaurants are within walking distance. A cliff top boardwalk provides easy access. Slopes and steps make the area accessible for wheelchairs.

I observed that external woodwork shows considerable peeling. This gives the place a slightly unloved feel.
