the rooms are nice and big. food is diverse and good. it's clean. the hotel smells very good. staff id very chill and polite. the location is very good. i found an iron and ironing board in the room. free parking on the street is available around the hotel.
the pool is a danger. water accumulates in the passing zones. the area has many caution signs to avoid falls. maybe they could treat the floor with non-slip material or reduce water frequently because large puddles form in passage areas.

the hotel is near the beach and shops. it has a quiet adult zone. the all inclusive formula is good, and it is a few minutes walk from the beach.

the breakfast was decent enough. i found a wide selection at lunchtime and the pool snack bar. it offered salad, pizza, and burgers. guests had options if they didn't want to go to the main restaurant.

rooms were very spacious. they were clean and beds are comfortable. the hotel is quiet at night. there is no disturbed sleep and good air-conditioning inside the Suite Only Adults.

there are great areas to sunbathe. staff is friendly to everybody. the hotel has a wonderful smell in reception. heated pools are a winner for all the guests.

I found the reception area cute. fabio was very helpful at reception. berta at the omelette station made excellent omelettes each morning, i also got a room on the 5th floor with a nice view after i requested a higher floor. the rooms were modern and clean. The cleaning team did a fine job.
i think it would be an improvement if the adult pool had some music during the daytime when there were no organized activities.

breakfast had great variety, including delicious fruit, smoothies, and hot food options such as omelettes plus plenty of bread choices were available. i had lunch most days, finding plentiful salads alongside hot lunch choices.

the hotel is close to many amenities. it is a short walk to the beach. i found bus stops are nearby. this makes other destinations easily accessible.

the suite was spacious. it was modern, and it was spotlessly clean. i think bottled water was provided in the rooms daily. i found this to be a nice touch.

the staff seemed lovely and very helpful. i found that anything i asked for was made available, especially a room for showering on the departure date. the girl who organized tours was pleasant and helpful. i think the animation team was great fun by the pool.

the rooms were large, clean, and quiet. it was an acceptable experience.
The food was not great. the quality of the meat was terrible. It was always tough and full of fat. we were on half board, they insisted that if we wanted to swap our dinner for lunch, it must be done the day before. as dinner was so poor, we opted to do this from day 2.

The location was excellent! i asked for a sunny room and got a lovely ground floor garden room with astroturf. the reception staff was very pleasant. Joel nunez bello was especially helpful with printing our boarding passes. a nice welcome drink happened upon arrival, it was so thoughtful.
The hotel is big, and the food varied. Sometimes it was delicious, sometimes horrible! i found uncooked fish, and prawns one day. the restaurant was like a school canteen. The noise levels were very high. i was disappointed.

The suite was spacious. It had USB sockets which eliminated the need for an adaptor (that's really handy!).
