clean room comfy bed plenty sunbeds lush scenery long queue dark room buffet setup thin towels
the room was clean and the bed felt comfy. there were plenty of sun beds near the multiple swimming pools. lush scenery with beautiful plants existed throughout the grounds.
The breakfast buffet was a total farce. Long queues existed to get in. the food room felt dark and gloomy, with a ridiculous setup. towels in the bathroom were not 5-star quality. They were thin and rough.

fantastic stay
polite staff spacious room
The approach to the hotel was amazing, especially with the lights. staff were friendly, polite, and professional at all times. the room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping provided fresh laundry daily. the mini bar was well-stocked, and i appreciated the nice-sized tv (it even had some english channels).
The buffet restaurant became overcrowded during meal times. the food stations' layout was awkward. This led to long waits and crowding. (i wish they would improve this!)

the hotel provides direct access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas. a lovely promenade for walks is available nearby. the hotel's proximity to shops with renowned brands is a plus.

Acceptable Stay with Minor Issues
breakfast selection spacious room uncomfortable pillows crunchy quilt
I found the breakfast selection to be quite good. The organization of the area helped things run smoothly, even when it got busy. The room was also spacious, and the shower was quite nice.
The pillows were not comfortable. Additional options were available, but they cost extra per night. The quilt cover was also crunchy, hard to sleep well. Dinner was challenging with people being rude and pushing in.

i enjoyed the pools.. the heated ones were a plus. tennis courts were available and well-kept. the gym had adequate equipment for a decent workout.

relaxing option fantastic pools clean area
the facilities offered plenty of relaxation options. the pools were fantastic. i found the hotel to be very clean. the hotel grounds are beautiful from the minutes you drive through the gates.
i found that the pools were really good and spacious, it was sometimes hard to find sunbeds. this was a slight inconvenience.

the breakfast buffet included a comprehensive range of options, covering all tastes. four specialist restaurants are on the grounds. the steak and grill restaurant impressed me with its quality. i did appreciate the variety.

really good experience at this resort
clean hotel beautiful surrounding outdoor seating nice sunlounger
the hotel was beautiful and clean. Surroundings were well maintained. The dining area for breakfast and dinner was lovely. I often secured seating outside even during busy times. I enjoyed the pool bars and sunlounger areas. The beach walkway provided nice morning and afternoon walks.
the pools were not heated, and the water was a bit cold for swimming.
