mediocre stay, air conditioning issues and noise

my room faced the street and was NOISY until late, a major issue. Some restaurant staff were also quite UNfriendly. It was not enjoyable.

The room was a beautiful double room with sea view. It had a lovely balcony! the hotel had three pools and a big bar! it was a great experience.
the fridge did not work, though that was a very small issue.

beautiful views good location great staff good internet
the hotel location was good. i had beautiful views from the room, especially the sunset. the staff provided good internet access everywhere. shops are also very close, so it's convenient.
the drag show was not very entertaining. it felt amateurish compared to the hotel's other offerings.

the gym features modern equipment, providing options for daily exercise. i saw daily exercise classes offered near the pools, which looked very clean! there were modern facilities available, so every guest could be satisfied.

The hotel boasts beautiful views from almost every point, especially toward los gigantes. the surroundings are quiet. the hotel is near all shops. free parking is available outside in the white marked lines. This makes it cheaper to rent a car.

The hotel is in a good location with views. There are lovely sea views and walking trails nearby. The scenery can be seen from nearly every spot in the hotel. This made the location ideal for relaxation.
