The all-inclusive deal was definitely not beautiful as advertised, I was hugely disappointed. The food quality was poor, and it often was cold. I told the staff but they asked if I tried the salads.

i had a double or twin room. it included a rainfall shower and two separate sinks. the breakfast offered a wide selection and i especially liked the fresh fruit station.

the elevator near the lobby was occasionally slow.

The hotel's location is fantastic. It offers easy access to beachfront walks. I was charmed to find the beach just steps away from the hotel across a walkway. The pool area was impressively clean with plenty of sunbeds available. There were two large pools, one heated, a treat.

The lifts were a challenge. There were queues, and the lifts were often full. I noticed one lift was out of order at times. This caused some delays. The food and drinks with the all-inclusive option were disappointing, the wine and cava particularly. Cocktails, apart from the Aperol Spritz, were too sweet, but shorts and beer were acceptable.

This hotel is great! the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. i loved that the food had so much variety. dani and the rest of the entertainment team are first rate. They made every activity fun! the rooms were always super clean. They were kept tidy. i really recommend this hotel. I'll go back very soon.

We had a sea view room. It had great views, but the repetitive music from the bar made sitting on the balcony tedious. also, there was smoke from other balconies! i wish that wasn't a thing. the elevators were also too slow and made me wait.
