The hotel staff were always friendly from start to finish, offering excellent service.

The room was NOT well maintained. I noticed high levels of dust around the skirting boards. A large hair ball was also present by the loo. It seems cleaning was not thorough.

i found the hotel views wonderful. this meant it was on a hill. the staff were very helpful! attentive and friendly. i am very grateful.

the room was not cleaned properly every day, though it was big. the curtains were dirty, i noticed cigarette stubs in the stone wall.

this place, its special. the staff were so warm and nice. my room was large with amazing views. i liked the fresh towels daily and yoga sessions.

our balcony faced a brick wall, so it was not good.

The staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival, which i APPRECIATED.

The lights on the balcony didn't work, a minor issue. i reported it, but maintenance never fixed it. The telephone in the room also didn't work. I needed it in an emergency. i told reception, but again, nothing WAS done.
