a stay with ups and downs
basic room lack of air conditioning
The animation team worked hard. They tried to include everyone.
I was disappointed with the room i got. It was very basic. it was not detailed anywhere that i had to pay extra for air conditioning. the food was not catered to english people. There was no menu to tell me what the food was. the bartender had an attitude when i ordered drinks.

diverse options outside restaurant
the food selection included diverse options. gluten-free choices were available at every meal. i found a restaurant outside the hotel to be included in my all-inclusive package. one drink came with that meal.
drinks at night were served in paper cups. bringing your own glass might improve your experience.

room size food selection friendly staff air conditioning isolated location repetitive entertainment
The rooms were a good size. The food selection was diverse, offering many choices. The staff, particularly Julio, provided a friendly experience. The experience was enjoyable overall.
The rooms had no air conditioning. The location was a bit isolated. It felt far from the beach. The evening entertainment was repetitive. The pool area was very busy, especially during peak times, and there wasn't much to do apart from swimming and visiting the bar. THE bus service to the beach was infrequent.
