clean room daily service water dispenser
the room was a double room sea view or or pool view it was very clean the maid service came daily i had coffee and tea available the filtered water dispenser was close to my room i found this very convenient

delicious food helpful staff slow wifi modern machines
The food was AMAZING!!! It presented lots of choices and delicious fresh options. The staff were cute and very helpful. They provided excellent service. The hotel was also very clean and well-kept.
The gym could use some upgrades. It would be nice if the machines were modern. The WiFi was pretty slow around the pool. I hope they upgrade it soon.

Underwhelming Stay with Lingering Issues
sewage smell inconsistent housekeeping
The food was plentiful with a decent variety.
My room smelled strongly of sewage throughout my stay. I suspect this came from the plumbing. Despite reporting the issue to reception, the odor persisted and made the room quite unpleasant. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. On several days, they did not replace used toiletries or clean the bathroom adequately, a significant oversight for a supposedly upscale hotel.

relaxing adult-only getaway
adult atmosphere food selection poolside bar
i enjoyed the adult-only atmosphere as it made the experience much quieter i found a great selection of food choices at breakfast and dinner i thought the poolside bar provided lovely lunchtime snacks i also spent time in the spa and found the massage to be superb
i noted that the sunbed situation could use improvement some guests placed towels early and it looked the removal of these towels before 10am could be more frequent i observed this happening but i think it should be enforced more often

the room was modern and spacious i found it in good decorative order including the bathroom facilities it had everything i needed for my stay

the hotel included two pools as well as a spa pool with various jets the gym provided views out to sea i made use of the comfortable sun loungers throughout my stay

the breakfast buffet offered a very great choice of options i found the gala night to be the icing on the cake there was also a lovely poolside restaurant for lunch i really enjoyed the meals

the hotel is located on the seafront the location allowed easy walks to nearby shops bars and restaurants i found the area to be convenient and accessible i loved the atmosphere
