the hotel grounds include beautiful green spaces. i saw plenty of flowers. it was a lovely experience. we arrived late, but i was still able to have dinner. they thoughtfully left food for us, although the restaurant was closed.

the hotel staff are warm and cute and i had many laughs with them. housekeeping is amazing, the girls are really kind. i observed that staff work hard.

the hotel is located just on the outskirts of the area. it is about a 10 min walk to one beach. this beach is quieter than the main beach and good for swimming and snorkelling.

the pool was pristine. the grounds featured vibrant flowers and were impeccably kept. our room had plenty of space. the complimentary spa access was appreciated.

Our first day had some hiccups. My room inquiry was misunderstood. it resulted in an unexpected charge. basic amenities like water in the room were missing. a long wait for water at supper was not ideal.

Staff was friendly and helpful. the bartenders were funny and efficient. Housekeeping maintained an immaculate level of cleanliness, even folding beach towels into shapes. the attention to detail stood out.
