clean room clean bathrooms
the room was simple, yet very clean. it suited my needs perfectly for a quick overnight stay before catching my train the next morning. the bathrooms were very clean (i was impressed!). i appreciate them mailing me my iphone, which i had accidentally left behind.
the tv in my room was unusable. the remote control seemed non-functional (probably due to a lack of battery). also, the sink had a large crack, so i felt uncomfortable using it.

the hotel is near two underground stations and is around a safe neighborhood. i noticed excellent eating opportunities in the area. the location is great (i could easily access everything i needed).

the location was acceptable.. it was near underground stations.
i didn't like that the taps in the room barely worked, they were behind the bed, and lots of things were falling apart and taped together.

The staff was helpful. They quickly provided extra towels. The room was very tidy. the bathroom was clean, a relief (I'm particular about cleanliness). I also found the location really convenient for getting around the city.
The stairs were a bit steep and narrow. It was a bit difficult with my luggage.

worn furniture street noise
The location was central and convenient to many attractions. It was easy to walk to places.
The room was quite run-down. The furniture was old and worn, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The noise from the street was also pretty bad. I could hear everything (even with the windows closed).
