the location was excellent the staff was also fantastic i stayed for formulae event and enjoyed warm welcomes from everyone on the team i saw a lovely view over the hairpin i loved the boat inspired room decoration and view over the harbour

i loved the hotel's proximity to the casino square , a short and easy walk. david at the front desk was amazing , really helpful with directions. also , the ladies at the concierge were very attentive to our needs.
the temperature control in the room did not function properly , a bit disappointing. the air conditioning seemed to blow cold air , even when set to 22 degrees. we only had two pillows per bed , i prefer more when i sleep.

the location met my expectations.
The room i was assigned had a persistent odor emanating from the bathroom drain pipes. despite reporting it, no immediate action was taken, and the issue remained unresolved throughout my stay. Ventilation was insufficient. additionally, the valet service, while functional, lacked attentiveness. the entire experience felt substandard considering the hotel's reputation.

The staff was attentive. i especially loved the upgrade to a spacious sea view room! a birthday cake, champagne, and luxurious chocolates was on my checkout day. It was all so sweet. there was even a beautiful outdoor swimming area.
Rooms are not noise-proof. This may be a concern for light sleepers!
