La Véranda offers a menu reminiscent of a French Riviera bistro, combining Italian and Mediterranean influences. Club Dauphin provides a poolside grill with Provençal salads and grilled fish. Chef Florent Margaillan has redesigned the dessert menus for the Hotel's three restaurants. 'Garden-to-table' dining features Chef Tièche's Mediterranean dishes prepared using local ingredients from the hotel's vegetable garden. In-room dining is available 24 hours a day.
