The staff were EXTREMELY efficient and courteous. I especially appreciated the concierge team as they helped with all arrangements. The beach club became a daily must. I enjoyed the lovely view overlooking the promenade.

The absence of easily accessible information regarding spa services was slightly inconvenient.

flavorful food really good service warm welcome

the food across all the restaurants tasted refined. it was flavorful. the presentation was beautiful. the service was really good. every staff member were pretty good. the beach club was like pure paradise. manuel gave us a warm welcome. baba's beach service.

i had issues getting a cocktail upon arrival. i received a frosty welcome at the hotel bar. i was greeted with, 'this bar is for residents only'.

my room, a beautiful room sea view, had a wonderful balcony overlooking the water. the bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower stall. i appreciated the turndown service each evening with a thoughtful note (it really made my day!).

the elevator seemed a bit slow at times, especially during peak hours.

The art curated by the owner was excellent.

The bedroom was similar to many others. It was nothing special. The man stopping people from going in was rude and arrogant. He tried to herd me towards the exit.
