The breakfast each morning WAS excellent.

The bar area felt HORRIBLE with no atmosphere. The pool area is too TINY and there's not enough room to do proper laps. the bathroom NEEDS updating.

easy access rooftop restaurant large bathroom attentive staff

the location offered easy access to all areas of the coast. the rooftop restaurant had lovely views. my room featured a large bathroom. hotel staff was attentive to detail. i found it easy to access all areas. it. the staff were helpful and kind. there was a good variety of options at the breakfast buffet, i found.

the gym was slightly crowded during peak hours, but i could still complete my workout, however.

breakfast variety friendly staff spacious rooms no receipt lack of response unmet expectations

the breakfast had a lot of variety. the staff were friendly. the rooms felt spacious. quick room service turnaround was available.

the concierge arranged a taxi to the airport for me, however, i never received the receipt via email as promised. i contacted the hotel about this, but i received no response. this lack of follow-up did not meet my expectations (it was quite frustrating).

small jacuzzi breakfast noise

I found the bar and lounge areas quite unremarkable. They felt more like transit zones to the elevators than inviting spaces to relax. the pool was more akin to a small jacuzzi. this was disappointing as i wanted more space for swimming. the breakfast buffet, while adequate, did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. There was too much noise.

my room was ready early, which i really appreciated (early arrival due to pre-arrival email). the room was modern and very clean with a mountain view from the balcony. breakfast had both buffet and made-to-order options, and everything tasted great. i would definitely stay here again because of the prompt service.

spacious room wide variety ideal location lacking atmosphere small pool outdated interior

the room was spacious (i stayed in a king room) and clean. the breakfast included a wide variety of options. the hotel's location was ideal, very close to the beach.

the bar area lacked atmosphere. the pool area was quite small (i thought it could be larger). i noticed some dark wood doors that could use updating.
