i have visited several times over the years and have consistently appreciated my stays. the rates are affordable, especially considering they include a smaller english breakfast. coffee and tea making facilities in the room were a definite plus. the staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area are very friendly and willing to assist in any way they can.
i noticed the bathroom door opened in a way that it could hit the cupboard, a bit inconvenient.

i stayed twice recently and it was good value. rooms have what you need. the staff is friendly and helpful. location worked for me, near my daughter, close to tubes and buses. central london is only 30 minutes from boston manor or hanwell stations. several shops and restaurants are close by.
The hotel is like a warren. It took time to find my room.
