The location was superb. It placed me within easy reach of key attractions. the staff were helpful and cute. the rooms were well-kept with a comfortable setup!

It was very noisy. breakfast routines were somewhat unclear, that was inconvenient. i did not see many other guests . This felt a bit odd.

the breakfast was disappointing. i found it quite limited. the selection seemed basic and lacked variety. it was disruptive and started early each morning. it made relaxing in the room difficult i was quite disappointed

the location was convenient near harrods and other shops.

My "suite garden view" wasn't much of a suite. it felt more like a regular room than a suite, a bit misleading. breakfast was not excellent. Frankly, skipping it might be the better choice. even with discounts, the price seemed steep for what i experienced.
