I found the staff to be super friendly, which really enhanced my visit. the food was quite amazing. i particularly enjoyed the cocktails at the bar.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and enjoyed the beautiful setting. The room was great and breakfast was great (I especially liked the coffee!). The staff were all friendly, helpful, and professional. I found them attentive. I highly recommend this place, the bar service was particularly prompt and effective.
The hotel room was slightly tatty. I saw some hairs in the shower upon arrival.

the gardens are lovely i spent a lot of time wandering through them. the mature plants and very nice structures created a serene atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful especially in the dining area. i appreciated the comfy bed and a good night's sleep in my room.
the car park was a dark walk back to the hotel i tripped on a drain.
