adequate stay
basic amenities food court good price rude receptionist rat problem uncomfortable bed
the price was good it included basic amenities. there was a food court at walking distance. the location helped break the journey.
the receptionist seemed rude from the beginning to the end of my visit. i saw rats every time i walked outside. the child's bed felt uncomfortable because of springs.

Adequate, But Could Be Better
old carpet tarnished taps
The location was handy for my work, so it served its purpose.
The carpets looked stained and old. I found trash in the room, and it took a request to reception for someone to remove it. The area around the bath taps looked like it needs a good scrubbing because it looked so tarnished.

helpful receptionist comfortable pillows
I appreciated the helpful receptionist. She was great. The shopping center nearby was easily accessible and convenient! It was so nice to have comfortable pillows after a long day.
The hotel charged a fee for parking. I always thought parking was free here.

attentive staff quick resolution service area
i loved how attentive the staff were. any issue i had was resolved quickly. they fulfilled any requests i made, like new towels, fast. also, its closeness to the service area is a plus!
