i found the staff to be professional. the room was always clean . the hotel's location near notting hill and kensington garden was really helpful. the transport links nearby were very accessible, so getting around the area was simple.

the beds were quite narrow, and this made them a little uncomfortable.

daily towel replacement and room cleaning were provided. i observed the staff were always ready to assist with requests. i appreciated that arrivals and departures were accommodated regardless of the time of day.
