I am grateful for a nice experience. The provided bed was comfortable, and it ensured I had restful sleep. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries which I found useful. i appreciated a daily restock of coffee and tea in the room. This was very useful.
The Room was small than expected, and it was not ideal for spreading out. I believe more space will improve the guest experience. i hope this will be considered.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, this included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. I did enjoy the dining room's calm environment. It was excellent. Staff are attentive.

i stayed in a suite room and it featured tastefully done decor. there was a large flat screen tv in the main room , as well as another tv in the bedroom.
i noticed no minibar or fridge was available in the room.

I would stay again. The location is fantastic. It is really close to Tottenham Court Road station. Restaurants and coffee places are right outside, I had some fantastic italian and thai. Towels, water pressure, and ac and heat were all fine.

Staff were very friendly and helpful from the reception staffs to the restaurant personnel, it was appreciated. The team provided assistance with directions and offered recommendations, this enhanced the experience. All were very kind.

the location was convenient for accessing nearby shops.
It was hard to rest. the room also felt a bit outdated, the shower only worked over the bath, it wasn't very practical.
