A Sweet Escape

warm staff good humor special treat

The staff greeted me with such warmth. Dorka in the dining area was always smiling. Dale at reception had a good sense of humor. The included breakfast reminded me of a special treat with its well-organized presentation and tasty selections. The location made it easy to explore.

My room felt rather small, which slightly limited my comfort. it was manageable for a short stay.

small room poor sound insulation

The location was acceptable. It was close to kings cross station (i walked there easily).

the room was quite small and felt a bit cramped. the bathroom was especially tiny and the shower curtain didn't fully prevent water from splashing onto the floor. also, there wasn't much sound insulation, so i heard noise from the hallway and other rooms.

wonderful stay

quiet location cute staff fresh towels

the hotel is very close to the train station i could easily walk there the staff were cute and helpful at all times my room was clean and i was given fresh towels each day the location is quiet which is a great bonus

the room radiator did not work

the double room ensuite was clean it included a comfortable bed fresh towels were provided daily the room offered adequate space for two people with basic amenities that suited my needs

the reception desk operates 24 hours a day this ensures assistance is available whenever needed the hotel provides luggage storage i could leave my bags safely before check-in and after checkout this was a great convenience

the hotel is near kings cross station it allowed quick access to major areas i appreciated the short walk to the station the neighborhood seemed quiet the area has several shops and restaurants within a few blocks
