The Angerstein Hotel offers a convenient location, especially for those attending events at the O2 arena, easily accessible by bus. Rooms are generally a good size, and while some guests have noted the decor might be a little basic, they are clean and functional, with comfortable beds. There's also a handy bar downstairs, and its proximity to bus and train routes makes getting around easy; plus, the Thames Path is within a 10-minute run for panoramic views.

Amazingly located gem!

basic roomclean roomcomfy bed
I stayed in a single room! It was pretty basic but super clean. I appreciated that the bed was comfy, and I had plenty of tea and coffee. The location let me run to the Thames Path in less than ten minutes!
I didn't like that there were so many stairs to reach the top floor where my room was! Also there isn't a lift. They took a £50 charge which covers any extras or damages, and is refunded after 7 days.

Practical Stay Near the O2

clean roomdirect bushelpful staff
The staff were cute. My double room was very clean upon arrival. The hotel location is good for the O2. I found value for money . The shared bathroom was tidy. There were direct bus routes to the O2. The bus stop is right outside. Staff provided clear instructions for checking in at the bar. Katie helped check us in. She supported us with a room change for my disabled mother. She ensured we had what was needed.
There are many stairs, and there is no elevator. My room was on the top floor.
