helpful staff clean room nice surprise inaccurate pictures slow drainage large pillows
The staff were so lovely. They helped me with directions! The room was very clean indeed. I found a hairdryer in my room. This was a nice surprise.
My room looked different from the pictures online, disappointing. The shower took some time to warm up, but then the water did not drain well. This made for a quick shower. The pillows felt too large to lie on properly.

The location was close to the subway station making travel easy
The room was not soundproofed well I could hear the subway clearly all night long Staff provided earplugs but I still struggled to sleep Also I found the shower had a curtain instead of a proper cubicle resulting in water spilling onto the floor

the room i got was quite small. it was hard to open the bathroom door fully because of the bed placement. the room got really hot, and the front of the building felt warm too.

The staff was nice and professional
The room I had was not like the pictures I saw when I booked the hotel. The bathroom was not good the shower had just a hole in the floor and a curtain. All the furniture seemed old and worn

surprisingly solid stay

clean room useful refrigerator convenient parking
the room was very clean and well-kept. it included coffee and a refrigerator (very useful, i must say). the hotel provided a parking spot, a major plus for me.
the window lacked proper soundproofing, resulting in noticeable noise from the nearby road.
