The staff was really supportive. They helped store my bags both before and after checkout, which i really needed. They were helpful with every little thing i asked. The location is a AMAZING convenience.

i had some issues with noise. The thin walls let in a lot of sound from neighboring rooms and the hallway, so i needed earplugs to sleep soundly. Also the bathroom needed maintenance
