Really good Stay, A Good Experience

The room was stocked thoughtfully with coffee, tea, wine glasses, and an opener. I found complimentary toiletries of great quality in the bathroom. The bed provided excellent comfort, and the room had abundant natural light. The extra glazing on the windows effectively reduced outside noise.
The absence of an elevator required me to carry my luggage up the stairs, slightly inconvenient.

the location suited my needs perfectly it was near my work. the check-in process was smooth i appreciated getting into my room early. the room provided everything necessary for my short stay it was quite convenient. i found the facilities suitable for a restful experience
my room felt cramped space around the bed was limited. the pub closed early that was disappointing as i wanted to extend my evening. i didn't like this

Some Issues During the Stay

The absence of a lift was a real problem. My room was on the top floor and hauling my luggage up several flights of stairs was not fun. the air conditioning barely worked making for an uncomfortably warm night. I expect more from a hotel at this price point, so I am a little disappointed.

Superb Hotel Experience

I found the location quite convenient, situated perfectly between Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush. My room included useful amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities plus a digital radio. I appreciated the friendly and efficient service from the staff, it added to my overall positive experience.
I noticed the shower pressure was somewhat low. The television only had ITV, this limited channel selection was disappointing. Toast area had uncovered bread, a number of flies settled on it.

Staff members were friendly, delivering prompt assistance and were helpful with directions. Check-in was quick and easy, I was informed of all available facilities and procedures. The breakfast service operated efficiently, always providing fresh items.

My assigned double room had an abundance of space, complete with an excellently designed interior. The room was tastefully decorated. The bathroom was modern, it included complimentary toiletries plus a spacious shower. The bed provided great comfort.

my room was quite lovely and clean. i found the staff to be helpful and friendly . its proximity to the tube station was very convenient for getting around.
the air conditioning in my room did not seem to work very well. this made for an uncomfortably warm night despite the weather. also, there was some confusion regarding breakfast times.

The breakfast was amazing. I had pancakes. they were made fresh! the staff took very good care of us and went the extra mile. i loved the green views.
i hadn't realised the pub is near a major police station and fire station. i was kept awake by sirens for most of the night
