Convenient Spot Near the Stations!

The location is central I walked easily to nearby stations The room I had was also quiet I was able to rest without disturbances The staff were friendly and helpful . They were quick to address my questions.

The room was somewhat dingy. It did show some signs of wear I think a small update would greatly improve the guest experience.

unexpected value NEAR kings cross

excellent locationcoffee facilitiespolite peoplesafe feeling

the location is close to St Pancras station. the room had coffee making facilities. reception is open 24hrs. the front desk people WERE polite. i felt safe. the room cleaned to a decent standard, soap and shampoo provided.

the shower leaked water. the drain was dangerous and not correctly made. it was a tile someone broke. this is dangerous for feet.

my room IS large enough. the radiator i could control kept the room warm. water for the shower was hot.

the hotel HAS good wifi. the reception works around the clock. i left my keys at reception. the staff checked them, it was safe. this eased MY mind.

The location was great for transport links. It was very close to both the tube and the train station. The team at reception were very nice. They were friendly, and nothing seemed too much trouble.

The room was small, I found it quite cramped. The mattress was also not very comfortable. I could hear the guests next to me because the walls were thin. The heating was not working.
