I got a breakfast box each morning. it held a yogurt, some biscuits, and a small juice. the fridge that held the boxes was accessible for three hours each morning. I found it cute.

The location was GREAT. I found the 24-hour reception really helpful, especially after a long journey. The room had USB plugs, a comfortable bed, and everything was clean. I appreciate the staff. They were very nice and polite.

the location worked well, near paddington station and hyde park. breakfast included juice, yoghurt and flapjacks. the tv offered everything i needed, with a fridge. the tv worked perfectly, and the staff were very helpful.

The stairs were narrow making it harder with luggage. There was no elevator. cleaning was not regular, especially in the bathroom. There was dust on surfaces.

The hotel is sandwiched perfectly between paddington station and hyde park. this made it easy to get around. i appreciated the central position. Close to transport links. supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby.
