superb experience!
friendly staff warm room handy location
i found the staff super friendly i can say, they were always ready to help. the room was nice and warm and i liked all the little touches. its so close to shops and restaurants, very handy!
the shower, it was a little bit too small for me maybe.

the guest house has a safe atmosphere, especially good for women traveling alone i think. it is conveniently located about fifteen minutes walk from the subway. i saw value for money is excellent here.

my room matched the pictures they showed on the website. i think it was very clean and cute. i slept very well on the excellent bed with its great mattress it was quiet and comfortable for sleeping soundly.

convenient and comfortable stay
comfortable bed friendly staff bus stop
i had a lovely room with a comfortable bed i used the electric kettle for tea every morning. the staff were friendly and helpful they quickly addressed my questions. the location was close to the bus stop making travel easy
the internet signal was sometimes weak i found this a bit frustrating when i wanted to stream videos

the room had a double bed with fresh linens it also included a wardrobe and a desk i appreciated the extra pillows available in the closet it helped for a more comfortable sleep.

the reception staff offered quick check in they were available 24 hours a day i needed help printing a document and they handled it promptly there was also a daily cleaning service that kept the room tidy.

A Quiet Stay
gorgeous hotel friendly staff smooth check in small room single tea bag long walk
The building looks gorgeous! The staff are friendly. I had no problems with the check-in time and everything went smoothly. it was a cheerful experience.
My room was a bit small. Only one tea bag was provided. The walk to the nearest stations took about twelve minutes.

Excellent Stay near Tooting Common
private car park friendly staff ensuite bathroom
The location is ideal due to proximity to Tooting Common. The private car park behind the building provides convenience. Roads alongside the green space remain relatively quiet. I found the room decorated in a cozy style. Staff members were both friendly and very helpful . The hotel is near Balham tube station, about a ten-minute walk. The room had a good layout, with a large wardrobe. There was a chair positioned next to the window. The window was able to open. The ensuite bathroom contained a very nice bath.
The walk to the nearest rail stations, shops and food options in Balham is about twelve minutes.

Charming Stay Near Tooting Common
clean rooms friendly staff convenient parking
I found very clean rooms and nice decor. Staff was friendly and helpful . I parked all day for only £10, convenient. It was great it was a park very close.
I find the shower too small. It was difficult for me to move easily.

My room included tea and coffee making facilities. The location was convenient to public transport. It was a short walk to the tube station. Daily cleaning service kept the room tidy.
The shower cubicle felt a little small.
