The building looks gorgeous! The staff are friendly. I had no problems with the check-in time and everything went smoothly. it was a cheerful experience.
My room was a bit small. Only one tea bag was provided. The walk to the nearest stations took about twelve minutes.

Excellent Stay near Tooting Common

The location is ideal due to proximity to Tooting Common. The private car park behind the building provides convenience. Roads alongside the green space remain relatively quiet. I found the room decorated in a cozy style. Staff members were both friendly and very helpful . The hotel is near Balham tube station, about a ten-minute walk. The room had a good layout, with a large wardrobe. There was a chair positioned next to the window. The window was able to open. The ensuite bathroom contained a very nice bath.
The walk to the nearest rail stations, shops and food options in Balham is about twelve minutes.

I found very clean rooms and nice decor. Staff was friendly and helpful . I parked all day for only £10, convenient. It was great it was a park very close.
I find the shower too small. It was difficult for me to move easily.

My room included tea and coffee making facilities. The location was convenient to public transport. It was a short walk to the tube station. Daily cleaning service kept the room tidy.
