The staff at reception were helpful. my room was quiet and cool. It was a superior room. the pool was a bonus with a hydrotherapy section. It had jets.

good size comfortable bed flat pillow dirty windows
the room had a good size. the bed was very comfortable in my premier river king room. (i love comfy beds!)
i had to ask for extra pillows as the ones provided were quite flat. the windows facing the road were dirty and i couldn't get a good photo of the view.

Excellent Riverside Experience

spacious room separate bath fluffy towels smooth check-in
the service impressed me. there was no queue at check-in, and i was offered drinks right away. the room i got was very spacious (i was happy about it) with a huge bathroom including a separate bath and shower. i particularly enjoyed the fluffy towels and the availability of robes and slippers.
The minibar pricing felt a bit steep. I was charged for a small bottle of water.

the infinity pool offered beautiful landscapes, and the ladies' changing room included a sauna. changing room facilities were clean and spacious, with ample space for personal belongings. the pool area has a designated shaded section.
