Reviews and Ratings

Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Canary Riverside Plaza Hotel is often praised for its spacious and clean rooms, with many guests highlighting the comfortable beds and ample amenities. The hotel's location provides easy access to transportation, including a pier just a 5-minute walk away for boat trips to see London and convenient links to the city center via metro or Uber boat. The views, especially from rooms overlooking the River Thames and pool, are a recurring highlight, and the pool and spa facilities at the adjacent Virgin Active are considered a fabulous bonus, although some guests felt that certain aspects didn't quite match a 5-star experience. On-site parking adds to the convenience.

Excellent Riverside Experience

spacious room separate bath fluffy towels smooth check-in
the service impressed me. there was no queue at check-in, and i was offered drinks right away. the room i got was very spacious (i was happy about it) with a huge bathroom including a separate bath and shower. i particularly enjoyed the fluffy towels and the availability of robes and slippers.
The minibar pricing felt a bit steep. I was charged for a small bottle of water.
