The location was convenient, close to transport links. The provided breakfast offered sufficient energy for the day. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
It was the same options each morning. My room was not cleaned to a high standard. I noticed the towels were not always changed daily, even when left on the floor.

The staff was genuinely lovely and ready to assist with anything. I found complimentary tea and coffee available 24 hours a day, which I thought was great. I received an upgrade, so the room felt nice and large. The cleaning staff worked diligently to maintain a tidy environment.

The assigned Double Large Room provided ample space, which I found perfect for my needs. I was really surprised to find the bed was very comfortable with fresh linens, and the climate control system maintained a consistent temperature, which i liked.

the room was modern and clean. i found the staff very kind and ready to help at all times. the location is near the bus station and shops, really convenient.
the room was a bit smaller than expected.
