The location was near transport. Bus and train stops was very close. I see the staff was very helpful. It felt great to have a fridge, microwave, and cook top.
My room was smaller than I anticipated. I booked an ensuite room with a flatscreen TV and air-conditioning. I only see one chair without a table. The air-conditioning wasn't working.

i found the room clean with a lovely modern design. the bed offered great comfort. having kitchen facilities available was a definite plus and the shower was excellent. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the room too, a perfect respite after exploring.
The streetlight shone directly into the room at night. Perhaps darker curtains would help

my room included a compact kitchenette, equipped with a microwave and toaster. the bathroom was nice, it had a very pleasant shower. i found ample wardrobe space, it easily accommodated my belongings. the tv provided entertainment in the room.

The room had perfect facilities for my trip. Staff were very helpful by phone and email. They were also helpful in person. The shower was amazing in my room.
The soundproofing was not very effective. I could hear noises from outside.

The staff stored my bags after checkout until i was ready to leave. they also decorated the room with rose petals for my girlfriend's birthday. That was a nice touch. all requests were received positively.

the location was awesome. the building sits in a quiet area. tube stations are a short walk away, affording easy access to central areas. i found kensington olympia to be just a two-minute walk away.
