superb experience at this mountain retreat

I really appreciated the convenient ski transfer service to the gondola entrance. It took only two minutes. the hotel staff promptly picked me up after my skiing sessions. the suite was also clean, and felt spacious. angelo was also very helpful. He showed me around the resort and shared some useful information.

The hotel layout was somewhat confusing. it was not a huge issue, but it took a little getting used to.

The staff members were genuinely kind and eager to improve my stay. i found the reception and concierge services to be very efficient and effective. check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. It was a great experience.
