Ballathie House Hotel features rooms in the main building and the Sportsman's Lodge. The Sportsman's Lodge, a separate building on the grounds, provides 3-star rooms with en-suite bathrooms, Freeview TVs, and tea/coffee facilities. First floor rooms have a private balcony overlooking the river and surrounding countryside. Dining at Ballathie
The elegant Dining Room overlooks the River Tay and serves dinner from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Both lunch and dinner menus change with the seasons to use the best of the market or catch of the day. The Restaurant has a full glass frontage to make the most of the sunlight and views. A selection of menus have been created to consider the number of guests and seasonal variances of local food. Guests can savor dainty sandwiches, small savouries, and pastries created daily in the kitchen by the Pastry Chef. Afternoon Tea is a quintessential tradition at Ballathie.
Activities and Estate
The estate spans 16.5 acres at the end of a single track road, straddling the south-eastern boundary of the Cairngorms National Park. The estate also offers outdoor sports and activities including walking, cycling and clay pigeon shooting, all just a short stroll from the hotel. Guests can enjoy an outdoor ceremony (weather permitting) followed by a champagne reception on the lawns. The estate offers a variety of events which can be tailored to requirements including Mini Highland Games, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Archery, Quad Biking and 4x4 Off-Road Driving which takes place offsite at Land Rover Experience. Drives and the number of days or guns are held on moor, field and woodland.

Ballathie House Hotel is surrounded by 900 acres of private countryside estate, along the River Tay. It is 19 km from Perth city center, home to a theatre, concert hall, and specialist shops, and 35 km from Dundee. Nearby landmarks include Meikleour Village Hall & Institute (3 km), Historic Scotland Stanley Mills (5 km), and Cleaven Dyke (4 km). The Racecourse is the idyllic venue for spending a day at the races.

The hotel offers spaces that easily adapt to 50 people theatre style or any other configuration you may require. Public areas are sanitised using approved products with increased frequency. Staff adhere to washing with soap and water. The Morning Room is a traditional room with a large bay window overlooking the Victorian Gardens, which can seat 18 guests.
