i found the room spacious and very clean. the views of the river were wonderful from my window. i also appreciated the delicious breakfast with a great assortment of options..

the room lacked coffee or tea facilities. i would have liked to make myself a hot beverage in the room.

great stay in the city

comfy bed generous breakfast lovely view

i had a double or twin room. the bed was comfy. i liked the generous breakfast. the view from the balcony was lovely, despite the busy street.

i found no outdoor sign informing me that the parking elevator belongs to the hotel. i had to ring the intercom and ask.

The breakfast offered many choices. i especially liked the dallmayr tea selection. the breakfast buffet was very good. It had so much to choose from, it was amazing!!!

ineffective air conditioning limited channel selection

The air conditioning was not effective. the room temperature remained higher than desired despite adjustments to the thermostat, and it created some discomfort during the night. additionally, i found the selection of television channels quite limited. There were very few options in english, disappointing given the number of international guests i observed.

uncomfortable lobby extra charge

the breakfast area doubled as the hotel lobby, which wasn't very comfortable, and i think it could be arranged better. also, i was surprised that coffee and tea were not included in the room rate (that's pretty standard elsewhere). needing to pay extra for an evening coffee or tea was like poor service. i definitely expected a bit more for the price i paid.

The location was excellent. It was near many attractions. I found the breakfast choice fabulous. There was a great variety of options.

Some stains were visible on furniture.
