Acceptable, but Needs Improvement
Breakfast was good with plenty of tea and coffee.
The room needed work as it smelled damp upon entry I spotted mould in the shower too.

The staff were friendly and helpful. This met my expectations.
The room smelled damp upon arrival. I found mould in the shower. this. the window sills in both the bathroom and bedroom also had mould.

The hotel staff were helpful and very friendly! They recommended a taxi company that gave great service. The pub and restaurant downstairs had amazing food.
The road outside was busy. Pub noise was audible downstairs.

friendly staff delicious breakfast organised breakfast service damp smell shower mould unsafe parking
The staff were super friendly, it really makes such a difference! i found the breakfast to be delicious. I would definitely stay again just for that. i also noticed the breakfast service was well organised (i love when things run smoothly!).
The room needed some tlc. I noticed a damp smell upon entering. the shower had some mould, as did the window sills in both the bathroom and the bedroom. the area and parking felt unsafe to me.
