The hairdryer provided was awful. the incessant traffic noise persisted throughout the night. The hotel is situated on a very busy road. additionally, the mattress was far too soft, causing discomfort.

I greatly appreciated the attentive staff. They assisted with luggage. The room offered ample space, cleanliness, and refreshed toiletries in a new bathroom. Tea and coffee in the room with biscuits were wonderful. Breakfast was a delight, with well-cooked food and generous portions.

The pillow was a bit hard, resembling a cement bag.

The staff proved helpful, and their customer focus was evident. They made check-in and check-out simple. Our room was well-stocked. It was also clean and tidy. The hotel provided great bike storage for my family. This was a real plus for us.

The hairdryer in the room was awful. It barely functioned.

The staff helped store my kayak in a private courtyard before the race. I ate dinner in the hotel and the food was AMAZING!!! The young lady at reception and bar was very helpful. She was excellent!!!
