the double room had a private bathroom. the room included netflix. extra blankets were provided. the room was cleaned daily and maintained super clean.
The staff was really helpful with my needs. I am currently on crutches. They arranged a bedroom close to reception and helped with my bag! The room was spacious and close to shops and restaurants.
My room was right next door to a busy pub. Noise at night was horrendous! People were out on the street talking and arguing until early hours. There was busy road traffic noise all night.

The included breakfast was very good. (especially the pastries).
I got a single room with a musty smell. The smell was mostly in the bathroom, perhaps from the building's age. I found earplugs on the nightstand. A pub next door made a lot of noise. The noise made it hard to relax.
