slow breakfast servicemistakes by staff
I was very annoyed. the breakfast service was slow. the staff made mistakes and our food went to another table. This table ordered after us. our cooked breakfast took an hour to arrive. This felt unacceptable.

i enjoyed the great food and drinks the breakfast was wonderful i had a luxury double room. the staff were all really nice and very pet friendly.
the room was very noisy i could hear sounds from the bar below all evening the music was turned on again early in the morning it was unacceptable. i found no comfortable seating in my room there were just dining room chairs.

the staff showed genuine care (i felt welcome). i found biscuits in the room, a sweet touch. the breakfast was a wide selection, a good start to the day. the separate entrance to the rooms made it easy to come and go.
the room had some music sounds from the bar below which was acceptable, but the music was turned on again quite early.

The food was AMAZING!!! I had one of the best meals EVER. The quality and quantity of food were excellent. Breakfast was equally delicious. The staff was accommodating and so kind to our needs. They were very cute to our pet dog.

i was initially pleased by how clean the room seemed. it was a luxury double room, i think. however, i soon realized there were issues. the breakfast service felt chaotic as well. it seemed understaffed, this resulted in my order being delayed. i believe the staff was stressed and that impacted the experience for me.

i found the staff to be helpful and friendly. the ale selection was excellent. my room had everything i needed. the building is classically traditional and well maintained.
i think comfortable seating in my room needs improvement. there were just two dining room chairs with no comfy lounge area. net curtains would add more privacy. it was completely on view from the beer garden.
