Aaron, the barman, provided excellent service and offered great drink recommendations. The hotel had ample parking (very convenient), and the location was near several fast-food options (such as Starbucks).

The small size of the television in the room was noticeable. A larger tv would greatly improve the viewing experience. (Especially for longer stays!)

The staff demonstrated friendliness and knowledge, providing helpful suggestions. This contributed positively to the overall experience. Rames, Waushill, and Aaliya were particularly noted for really good service. The barman was very cute.

The room offered comfort with effective cleanliness, and the bathroom had a good size. The bed provided unexpected comfort, especially welcome after a long day. I had a twin room.

the location was good I suppose, close to services i needed.

The room reminded me of it needed some attention, it's true. The mattress seemed old, and i didn't sleep WELL. also, other guests were loud. Someone next door snored so loudly it was hard to ignore.

The room was large , clean and bright. I found super large fluffy towels and an extra pillow, which I appreciated. I slept very well because it was a quiet and quiet setting. I was offered a hot beverage both upon arrival and during check-out. The location was ideal , as it provided easy access to the motorway. There was ample parking space available. A service area with a supermarket , a café , fast food restaurants, and a gas station are nearby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

My only minor issue was that the room's artwork looked a bit scruffy, and the room could use a slight refurbishment.

The staff were really nice too assist guests. One staff member even escorted a lost guest to the hotel. Check-in was smooth , and the staff were cute , they also offered a complimentary coffee. Evening dinner service was attentive and helpful.

The hotel is situated just off the motorway . A safe enclosed car park is available at the services. There is plenty of parking space available , , made it convenient for travelers with vehicles.

The rooms were clean , comfortable , and well-kept. The bathroom was spacious. I noticed that the bed was more comfortable than expected , a welcome bonus after a long day. Coffee and tea facilities were provided in the room.
