The location was good. Staff gave attention to customers. I felt pleased in general. The staff was very helpful.

There was no working air conditioning in the room . I reported the issue, but it was unresolved by check out. I was provided with a fan. This was loud and gave poor nights sleep.

The room offered a great view. I paid extra for the view, and it met my expectations. The room was clean and well-presented. Room facilities are good, and the bed offered comfort overall.

The television did not work reliably. It kept losing the picture and flashing. The heating system malfunctioned, therefore the room remained cold throughout my stay.

The hotel boasts an excellent location directly on the seafront. The room was well-appointed, offering great views. The breakfast provided many choices and good value. The staff provided attentive service .

The window could not be opened, so fresh air was limited.
