Rooms and Huts
Lympstone Manor features 21 guestrooms and suites, each named after a bird of the Exe Estuary. Six Shepherd Huts are located in the woodland at the bottom of the vineyard, each named after a woodland animal. Grand Estuary Suites enhance the sleeping, living, and bathing experience. Junior Suites in the main house have southwest-facing views of the Exe Estuary. Deluxe Estuary View rooms have private balconies. Deluxe Garden View rooms overlook the front entrance fountain and lawn; interconnecting rooms are available. Classic Rooms overlook the front entrance fountain and lawn, with interconnecting options for families. Each Hut includes a king-size bed, kitchenette, lounge area, and additional sleeping areas for 4-5 guests. Huts have private decking areas. Amenities include bathrobes, towels, slippers, binoculars, blankets, family board games, and ironing facilities. All rooms offer heating, tea/coffee facilities, a mini-bar, sitting area, soundproofed rooms, and a flat-screen TV.
Dining Options
Lympstone Manor offers dining options in the Grade II listed Georgian Manor and the Pool House Restaurant and Bar. The Pool House Restaurant offers a relaxed menu with seafood and local produce, overlooking the vineyard. The wine list features 600 bins. Guests can experience afternoon tea in the dining rooms or on the terrace. Chefs prepare sandwiches, scones with Devon clotted cream, local jams, cakes, and French pâtisseries daily. The hotel can be hired privately for special occasions. Private dining rooms include Berryhead, seating up to 46 guests, and Mamhead, seating up to 18 guests. The Pool House can seat up to 40 guests or accommodate 70 guests for an informal party. A BBQ menu featuring locally sourced ingredients is available. The hotel also offers a Salcombe Gin Beach Butler service.
Leisure and Entertainment
House Members have full access to leisure facilities, including a tennis court and an outdoor heated swimming pool. The Pool House Restaurant and Bar is open for lunch and dinner and is available for private events. The 28 acres of garden extend to the Exe Estuary. Activities include birdwatching on the Exe Estuary and exploring the Jurassic Coast. Guests can walk the Lady's Walk to access the Exe Estuary Trail. The Pool House features an outdoor heated swimming pool, a croquet lawn, changing facilities, and indoor/outdoor dining areas. From the decking of the huts, views sweep across the vines to the estuary, taking advantage of sunsets and sunrises. The hotel also supports charities through fundraising events and donations.

Lympstone Manor is 20 km from Exeter International Airport. It is located near Exmouth, the Gateway to the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
