The room was very clean upon arrival. The beds and pillows provided adequate comfort.
The wait for our drinks was excessively long. It took about 45 minutes after ordering for them to arrive. Then, my fish and chips were a major letdown. The fish portion was thin, and it was challenging to cut.

the room had temperature controls and excellent tea. the bed was comfortable and quiet. gluten free options were available (yay!) and delicious. i'd definitely book again when needing a room nearby.
the epOS system seems outdated (a real headache). a server had to check availability with the kitchen repeatedly.

the blue badge parking was convenient, close to the entrance. the room included a huge bed and a well-equipped wet room. temperature controls in the room added to the comfort.

the family room included firm beds, providing good support throughout the night. staff members were attentive and readily available to assist with any requests we had. the location was easy to find with ample parking space available. i appreciated the good value for the money, considering the high standard maintained.
the evening meals were not quite as excellent as at other similar establishments i have visited.

The staff was very helpful during check-in. They explained everything thoroughly. one server, kelly, provided helpful, friendly, and professional service. She made sure everything was smooth. generally staff were amazing and very helpful.
