i had only one towel in my room. i could hear some noise from the motorway. i had to keep the window shut.

i am annoyed that the staff did not offer help to my sister. she struggled to get her baby's buggy upstairs and nobody cared to assist.

the staff were so helpful and polite. i was really impressed with the well maintained grounds, they were vast. there was also plenty of parking with a huge overflow car park, a big plus!

I did notice a strong smell of damp as i walked into the venue. It could use some attention.
