the room was clean.

The curtains were thin, so light streamed in early, i couldn't sleep well. the church bells rang every hour. It was so annoying. breakfast was included, but they still tried to charge me.

the mattress protector had loads of brown stains all over it i think a clean bed is a must but they said they don't launder the protector after every guest

The staff proved very cute, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The restaurant offered great service and the food was REALLY good. The location is excellent if you plan to walk the thames path. Access to local amenities is easy. I found the breakfast adequate. The room was clean.

The room became somewhat warm, despite the windows staying open throughout my stay. I should have requested a fan.

the ground level room was quiet. It was near the hotel pub, but noise wasnt a problem. The room size was substantial, also beds are comfortable. I appreciate there was plenty of free parking available in the courtyard area.
