the location is central and easy to access. i parked in a nearby 24-hour car park for a reasonable price. the room was spacious, also it was clean, and it had a super king bed.

when i arrived, a large window was open, so the room felt very cold. i turned the radiator on, but it took a long time to heat up. the radiator in the bathroom did not work.

My room was modern and clean! The bed was comfortable. Friendly staff carried bags to my room. I found the location great for exploring (I was able to walk everywhere!).

The entrance hall had a slight smell, but it was very faint.

The apartment offered a balcony where I could relax after a busy day. The bar downstairs provided a lively atmosphere, and I especially enjoyed the cocktails. The location is superb and central.

The hotel sits close to the town center making it easy to explore. I found many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance (everything was so convenient!). I walked almost everywhere!

The staff were friendly and really helpful. Simran provided really good service, attending to every detail of my stay. They really were really nice my expectations (it made such a difference!).

the noise from the bar downstairs was quite disruptive. it went on until late. the shower was also a problem. the water pressure was very low, and it took ages to get any hot water through

I found the location perfect. the staff were attentive and check-in was smooth at the terrace bar. the code entry system added an element of ease. i appreciated the simple convenience it provided. It removed the need to worry about keys.

the description regarding music noise needs to be more direct. i felt the sink was vibrating at one point.
