"My room was only a single room, inside my room were the Tea and coffee making facilities,a clean bathroom but limited Toiletries TV free WI FI , even an iron and small ironing board also a hairdryer clean bed linen the room was very clean a little bit small but as this was for only me it was ok I would stay again here but I would ask for a room away from the street"

great experience!

pleasant staff prompt invoice lovely shower

the reception staff was very pleasant. i received my invoice promptly. they showed me how to use the keys to access my room on the upper floor. the heating was on in my single room and the shower and bathroom facilities were lovely!!!

entering the room, there was a noticeable damp smell. i think lots of air fresheners tried masking this smell. it was a bit distracting

parking was conveniently located to the side of the building. the hotel is in a central location within the town. this made it easy to access nearby shops and the train station, very practical.

The room had everything I needed, including a comfy bed and a functional shower. Cleanliness was clearly a priority. The room sparkled! I also found the location really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed .

My Double Room included a television with multiple channels. a well-stocked mini-fridge. The bathroom was equipped with fresh towels and toiletries. I was really pleased with the modern decor and thoughtful layout.

my double room was very clean. the staff seemed very helpful and friendly . i also appreciated the location (it's quite central).

the music from a nearby venue was quite loud late into the night. i found it difficult to get to sleep. i also noticed a slight damp smell upon entering the room.

The cleanliness impressed me. I could notice it as soon as i entered. the location was central. shops and the train station were close. the staff were nice. i got extra teabags immediately when i asked.

the walls seemed quite thin. i could hear noises from other rooms. an extractor fan outside my room was noisy, especially early in the morning. the noise disturbed my sleep. i was not happy with the noise.

wonderful stay!

central location convenient access tasty meal efficient staff

i found the central location convenient, with access to nearby attractions. a car park was right next door, a great bonus for me. the menu had a lot of choices, and my meal was really tasty. i also noticed the staff were quite efficient and happy to help with everything.

I did hear some noise from the bathroom fan. It was a little disruptive while trying to sleep, but it wasn't a major issue.
