The staff was very cute. i found the room to be clean. the bed was huge and very comfortable. I slept like a log. free wi-fi, breakfast, and parking were all included in the price, which i greatly appreciated.
the air conditioning wasn't working as well as i'd hoped.

I found the staff to be excellent. They could not do enough to assist me. The location is excellent, very close to the motorway. You wouldn't even know it though.
Getting to the hotel was a complete NIGHTMARE. The whole point was its proximity to the M5 junction. Roadworks caused a diversion. It took over an hour to reach the hotel despite being able to see it.

The room included triple glazing. This made it very quiet despite its proximity to the motorway. The room was a good size and also very clean. The staff provided great service and were very helpful . Breakfast included good tasting food and drinks.
I found no electrical sockets or charging points on the right side of the bed in the twin room, but the left side offered both.

the room was quiet, despite its proximity to the motorway triple glazing helped a lot i slept well in the comfortable bed the staff was also very helpful and friendly they provided excellent service and were always available to answer questions
the breakfast layout seemed a little uncoordinated i noticed that certain items were not placed logically next to each other this caused some confusion and backtracking as they tried to find what they needed it could be improved
