convenient location helpful staff diverse breakfast well kept room
The location is SUPER convenient, I could quickly walk to many attractions. The staff was helpful. They provided useful information about local events. Breakfast offered MANY options, including hot and cold dishes. I ALSO liked how clean and well kept my room was.

perfect location attentive staff tidy room
the location was perfect for my needs, close to the station and the theatre. i found the staff to be attentive during check-in and check-out. my room was tidy and everything was in order .
i noticed the bar area looked quite modern, but the rooms felt a bit outdated.

the room was very clean (i do appreciate that!). i booked a double room and it was spacious. the bed was comfortable, and the linen was super clean.
the parking cost was a bit much, even with the reduced rate.

great location breakfast variety parking fee cold room
The hotel location is fantastic. I found it really easy to walk to all the city center attractions! Breakfast was also really nice. I enjoyed the variety of options.
The hotel parking situation wasn't ideal. I had to park across the road and pay a separate fee. The room temperature was also hard to control. I found it a little too cold at times. It was inconvenient

gentle kindness central location hot drinks
The hotel's location was a precious gift for exploring the city center. The staff showed a gentle kindness. Hot drinks were available at the bar and tea and coffee facilities were offered in our room.
The decor could use a little attention. The skirting boards seemed a little chipped.

The breakfast area included several tables with good natural light. The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The equipment was modern and well-kept. A selection of fresh fruit was displayed, including oranges and apples.
