impressed with the experience

the reception staff was great upon arrival. they did all they could to assist me. i needed a short extension and a taxi was booked for me. the room included much space and the bed was comfortable.
the corridors felt dated. it seemed like the hotel needed an update.

An Uneven experience at this hotel
dirty room
The room wasn't as clean as i expected. There was some servise from a previous guest, crumbs, hairs and papers on the floor. Also there wasn't enough personnel to clear tables. i had to search for a clean table.

The location proved convenient for accessing the racecourse. I found the car park spacious. The room provided facilities for making drinks, including a coffee maker. The fridge offered a space for refreshments.

The room was spacious and clean, offering everything i needed for a comfortable stay. There was a fridge available for personal use. USB ports near lamps aided electronic device charging, a small detail appreciated greatly, and ensured practicality. Nice towels were provided.

On-site parking was a major bonus. It provided convenience. Seating areas available in the reception were bright and clean. Outside, several seating areas presented options for relaxation. Wi-fi was good and free.

Breakfast included many options. I saw both continental and cooked choices available in a buffet style. It offered variety. Staff worked hard to replenish items quickly, despite the crowd. I found the bar area comfortable and super clean.

A bus stop was only a short walk away, about five minutes. Buses run regularly from the stop to the city centre. It is convenient. The journey to the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
